True Data Ops ("we," "our," or "us") built the TDO application as a commercial software product. This Service is provided by True Data Ops and is intended for use as-is.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By choosing to use the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

- Organization or role (optional depending on features)

- Data changes and related service activity

Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your account or personal information associated with the TDO web application, iOS application, Android application, or other TDO services. Complete the Data Deletion Request Form available below and email it to info@truedataops.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". You may also send the same information in the body of an email. The form is provided for convenience and is not a condition for exercising rights available under applicable law.
Include your name, account email address, organization or workspace if applicable, the information you want deleted, and an email address where we can respond. Please send the request from your account email address when possible. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment card details, or government identification documents in your initial request.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and, if you act for another person or organization, your authority. We use information supplied with the request to verify, process, and respond to it and to maintain an appropriate compliance record.
Where TDO processes information on behalf of a customer organization, we coordinate the request with that organization and follow applicable law and authorized instructions. An individual request does not by itself authorize deletion of other users' information or the organization's shared business records.
We review each request, determine the information and systems affected, and carry out applicable deletion steps, including coordination with relevant service providers. Deleting an account or information may remove access to features or records. We explain relevant consequences before carrying out the requested deletion.
Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law, including for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security and fraud prevention. Where backup copies cannot immediately be selectively deleted, they remain subject to the applicable backup retention and access controls. We explain any limitations, the reasons, and the applicable retention period or criteria in our response.
We acknowledge receipt and respond without undue delay and within the time limits required by applicable law. If additional information or a lawful extension is needed, we explain what is needed or the reason for the extension. We notify you of the outcome, including any information retained and the reason. You may contact info@truedataops.com to ask about the status of a request or raise concerns about the outcome.
Data Deletion Request Form
Download the Word form, complete it, and attach it to an email to info@truedataops.com. Use the subject Data Deletion Request.
The email link opens your email app. Attach your completed form before sending, or include the same information in the email body. Submitting a request does not itself delete data.
Request Tracking and Records
We assign each request a reference number and record its receipt date, scope, assigned owner, verification status, applicable response deadline, progress, actions taken, decision, and completion and notification dates. We limit access to request records to personnel who need them to handle the request or demonstrate compliance. We retain only the request information necessary for those purposes for as long as justified by applicable legal and operational requirements. Keeping a limited request record does not mean retaining all of the personal information requested for deletion.

The Service may contain links to external websites or services not operated by True Data Ops. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
